Every item is received by hand against a paper manifest. We record maker name, lot number, unit cost, and shelf destination before anything reaches the floor.
Ticket & Shelve
Each unit gets a mono price tag and an inventory ticket clipped to its shelf rail. Tags show price, origin, and date stocked. Nothing sits untagged.
Sell & Ship
Walk-in purchases are struck from the ledger in real time. Mail orders are wrapped in kraft tissue, sealed with a wax stamp, and handed to the carrier by 14:00.

Stay factual and merchandised. Appetite comes from artifacts, counts, and confidence.
We receive new shipments every Monday and Thursday. The shelf counts on the site are updated by 07:00 each Monday. Limited-run ceramics and seasonal candle batches tend to sell through in five to seven days.
Yes. We're open Wednesday through Saturday, 10:00–17:00. The retail floor is the stockroom—same shelves, same tags. No appointment needed.
Every ticket lists the maker's name, lot or batch number, date received, shelf location, and retail price. It's our way of keeping provenance visible rather than hidden behind a barcode.
Unused goods in original tagged condition can be returned within 14 days. We'll re-shelve the item and issue store credit. Ceramics and candles are final sale once the wax seal is broken.
Every quarter our buyer selects 4–6 items from the current receiving log and packs them into a branded crate with tasting notes and sourcing details. You can skip or cancel any cycle with five days' notice.
